血清睾酮与早泄相关性初步探讨 　　【摘要】目的：比较不同程度早泄患者的血清睾酮水平，探讨血清睾酮与早泄的相关性。方法：根据中国早泄患者性功能评价表（CIPE）评分将80例早泄患者分为轻、中、重三组，应用酶联免疫法测定血清睾酮水平，对三组病例之间的血清睾酮水平进行比较，同时观察血清睾酮与早泄的相关性。结果：轻、中、重三组早泄患者的血清睾酮分别为（12.85±6.52）nmol/L、（19.02±7.15）nmol/L、（26.61±5.83）nmol/L。重度早泄患者的血清睾酮水平明显高于轻度、中度患者，中度早泄患者睾酮水平明显高于轻度患者，其差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）；血清睾酮水平与CIPE评分呈明显负相关，相关系数为-0.668。结论：不同程度的早泄患者血清睾酮水平具有明显差异，同时血清睾酮与早泄严重程度存在相关性。 　　【关键词】早泄；血清睾酮 　　Correlation between premature ejaculation andserum testosteroneLIU Jianming，DENG Junhong， SHI Hua， OUYANG Bin， LIN Zibin. Department of Andrology， Guangzhou First People’s Hospital， Guangzhou 510180， Guangdong， China 　　【Abstract】Objectives： To compare the serum testosterone level of premature ejaculation patients， and investigate the correlation between serum testosterone and premature ejaculation. Methods： Eighty patients were allocated to three groups， mild， moderate， and severe group based on the Chinese Index of Sexual Function for Premature Ejaculation （CIPE）. The serum testosterone level was measured by the method of enzyme-linked immune. The serum testosterone level of three groups was compared to evaluate the relationship between serum testosterone and premature ejaculation. Results： The serum testosterone levels of three groups were （12.85±6.52）nmol/L， （19.02±7.15）nmol/L， （26.61±5.83）nmol/L respectively. The serum testosterone level was significantly lower in mild and moderate groups（P 0.05）. There was a positive correlation between serum testosterone level and score of CIPE （r=-0.668）. Conclusions： The difference in serum testosterone level between three groups is significant. There is a positive correlation between serum testosterone level and the severity of premature ejaculation. 　　【Key words】Premature ejaculation； Serum testosterone 　　【中图分类号】R698【文献标志码】A 　　早泄是最常见的男性性功能障碍之一，发病率高达25%～40%[1]。长期早泄不仅给患者造成精神上的恐惧、焦虑，甚至导致勃起功能障碍、性欲低下等其他性功能障碍；而且使妻子在性生活中感受不到快感，直接影响夫妻感情及家庭和谐。早泄的病因复杂，治疗多以五羟色胺再吸收抑制剂为主。有研究表明，小剂量睾酮与多沙唑嗪联合治疗早泄，可以取得满意的疗效[2]。为进一步研究早泄患者睾酮的水平，本文就血清睾酮与早泄的关系进行初步探讨。 　　1资
