首都体育学院二00六届硕士学位论文Abstract 首都体育学院二00六届硕士学位论文 Abstract Teachers as the backbone of the education industry,are the key factor of improving our education qualities and degrees. The teachers’ health conditions are directly connected to the implementation of the country’s strategy一”invigorating the country through science and education”, and Beijing’s announcement of achieving education modernization by 2008 raises higher demands to the Beijing’s education industry, as well as makes the teachers’ missions more tough. Thereby, it is important to the Beijing teachers to form the awareness of physical exercises,actively participate in physical exercises activities, continuously improve quality of lives, have healthy bodies, so as to皿ake more contributions to the society. With adoption of various methodology,such as documentation researching, investigation researching, experts interview and mathematical statistics and so on, this papers studies the characteristics andⅢodels of ph了sical exercises of the Beijing downtoWn teacherd, the research scope covers: general information of the Beijing downtoWn teachers, their health status, their recognition to physical education,the sch001s’recognition to their teachers’ physical exercises, the current status of the Beijing downtown teachers’ participation in physical exercises, and the subjective and objective factors affecting teachers physical exercises. Based on above, some physical exercise models compliant to the characteristic of the Beijing downtown teachers are analyzed and raised as f0110wing:1,Athletic model:2, Muscle&Fitness model 3, Leisure&Outing model:4, Healing& Health care model:5,General Sports model,to provide pertinent reference for decision—making on improving the teacher’s physical exercise environments and conditions,so as to inv01ve more teachers’participation in the Dhvsical exercise activities. The investigation shows that the status of Beijing downtown teachers’ paTticipation in physical exercises is not
