首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 北京市城镇居民幸福指数结构分析及测算 I 摘 要 本文在对国内外幸福感理论进行整理与归纳后，选取主观幸福感进行研究。 以首都经济贸易大学统计学院自 2006 年开始开展的北京市城镇居民幸福指数调 查数据为研究资料，对传统的幸福指数计算方法进行了说明，并阐述了传统方法 可能会造成的一些问题。同时针对 2011 年的调查数据，提出了自己的研究思路。 在问卷问题设计与数据选取上，采用结合主观幸福感和心理幸福感两种理论 设问方式的问题，体现两种理论的结合，从而减少误差。 在研究方法上，利用结构方程 LISREL 方法与偏最小二乘方法的特征，将幸 福感结构模型与幸福感指数测算分开，突出结构方程模型对于潜在变量内部结构 研究的优势和偏最小二乘方法对于指数计算的优势，从两个方面重新研究幸福指 数。 最后，本文分析了不同人群的幸福感特征，得出了研究结论。 关键词： 幸福指数 结构方程 偏最小二乘 II Abstract This paper is based on the domestic and foreign theories of happiness, the author selected the question of subjective feeling of happiness as the main aim of the research. Background material comes from a Beijing citizen happiness survey started from 2006 which was conducted by Statistics College in Capital University of Economics and Business. This paper will explain the traditional methods for calculating happiness index in that survey as well as point out several problems that caused by the traditional methods. Meanwhile, the paper will concentrate on the 2011 data and propose a new analysis model. In devising questions in the questionnaire and selecting data, the author considered the subjective feeling of happiness theory and the psychological feeling of happiness theory, asking questions which focus on these two theories and taking the balance of the number in each theory into account to minimize the error. Importantly, the paper uses structural equation model and partial least squares separately demonstrate happiness structural model and happiness index. It highlights the advantage that structural equation model would apply on researching latent variables internal structure as well as the advantage that partial least squares would apply on calculating happiness index, in which way reconsiders the variables that affect the feeling of happiness. In the last part of this paper, it analyses the feature of happiness feeling from different group of people and reaches conclusions. Keywords：Happiness Index SEM PLS  PAGE 5 目 录 1 导论 1 1.1 研究
