超声对特殊类型子宫肌瘤诊断分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨特殊类型子宫肌瘤的超声诊断特点。方法：对60例经二维及彩色多普勒超声检查过的特殊类型子宫肌瘤患者进行回顾性分析，并经手术及术后病理证实。结果：经二维及彩色多普勒超声检查的60例特殊类型子宫肌瘤患者，误诊8例，诊断符合率为87%（52/60）。黏膜下子宫肌瘤15例，误诊3例，诊断符合率为80%。浆膜下子宫肌瘤10例，误诊1例，诊断符合率为90%。阔韧带肌瘤7例，误诊1例，诊断符合率为86%。宫颈肌瘤7例，误诊0例，诊断符合率为100%。子宫肌瘤伴钙化6例，误诊0例，诊断符合率为100%。子宫肌瘤脂肪变2例，误诊0例，诊断符合率为100%。子宫肌瘤囊性变9例，误诊2例，诊断符合率为78%。妊娠合并子宫肌瘤4例，误诊1例，诊断符合率为75%。结论：二维及彩色多普勒超声检查提高了对特殊类型子宫肌瘤诊断的准确率。 　　【关键词】 特殊类型； 子宫肌瘤； 二维超声； 彩色多普勒超声 　　Analysis of Ultrasound Diagnostic for Special Type of Uterine Fibroids/YANG Li-shu.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（16）：148-150 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the ultrasound diagnosis characteristics of special type of uterine fibroids.Method：60 patients had the special type of uterine fibroids with two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed and confirmed by surgery and pathology.Result：After the two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasound examination 60 cases of patients with a particular type of uterine fibroids，misdiagnosed were 8 cases，the diagnostic coincidence rate was 87%（52/60）.15 cases of submucosal uterine fibroids，misdiagnosed were 3 cases，the diagnostic coincidence rate was 80%.Subserosal uterine fibroids were 10 cases，1 case of misdiagnosis，the diagnostic coincidence rate was 90%.Broad ligament fibroids were 7 cases，misdiagnosis was 1 case，the diagnostic coincidence rate was 86%.7 cases of cervical fibroids，the diagnostic coincidence rate was 100%.6 cases of uterine fibroids with calcification，the diagnostic coincidence rate was 100%.Uterine fibroids steatosis were 2 cases，the diagnostic coincidence rate was 100%.9 cases of cystic degeneration of uterine fibroids，misdiagnosed were 2 cases，the diagnostic coincidence rate was 78%.4 cases of pregnant women with uterine fibroids，misdiagnosis was 1 case，the diagnostic coincidence rate was 75%.Conclusion：Color doppler ultrasound improves the special type of uterine fibroids diagnosis accuracy. 　　【Key words】 Special types； Uterine fibroids； Dimens
