超声心动图在胎儿先天性心脏病诊断中临床价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨超声心动图在胎儿先天性心脏病（CHD）诊断中的临床价值。 方法 利用彩色多普勒超声对河北北方学院附属第一医院2014年12月～2016年6月接诊的450例产妇在孕18～26周之间对胎儿的心血管进行超声检查，通过四腔心切面、左心室流出道切面、右心室流出道切面、三血管切面和主动脉弓切面，观察心脏的大小、结构、大血管位置和走行以及相互之间的连接关系等，所有孕妇在孕22～28周内复查，并对分娩后2周内的婴儿进行复查。 结果 450例胎儿中超声检查共发现CHD 12例，发生率为2.67%，其中左心发育不良综合征1例，二尖瓣闭锁并右心室双出口1例，肺动脉狭窄1例，大动脉转位1例，三尖瓣下移畸形1例，三尖瓣闭锁并室缺1例，单心房单心室1例，完全性心内膜垫缺损1例，室间隔缺损2例，法洛四联症2例。6例引产后经尸检证实，正常分娩的6例在出生后2周内经超声心动图检查证实；四腔心切面对CHD的显示率最高。结论 超声心动图可以对CHD进行有效的筛查和诊断，具有较高的临床价值。 　　[关键词] 先天性心脏病；胎儿；超声心动描记术；多普勒 　　[中图分类号] R541.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）03（a）-0107-03 　　Clinical value of diagnosis in fetal congenital heart disease by echocardiography 　　LIU Weiliang ZHENG Yingjuan LU Haiyong LI Chaoxi LIU Junfeng WEN Dehui WANG Likun WANG Yicheng▲ 　　Department of Ultrasound， First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University， Hebei Province， Zhangjiakou 075000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical value of diagnosis in fetal congenital heart disease by echocardiography.
