透明成型冠应用于大面积乳前牙龋损患儿中修复效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探究透明成型冠应用于大面积乳前牙龋损患儿中的修复效果。方法 整群选取该院2014年1月―2015年2月收治的68例乳前牙大面积龋损患儿作为研究对象，将患者采取随机数字表法分为研究组（34例）和对照组（34例），研究组患者龋损乳前牙72颗，采取透明成形冠复合树脂全冠修复治疗，对照组患者龋损乳前牙71颗，采取光固化复合树脂直接填充修复治疗，随访半年、1年，观察两组患者龋损乳前牙修复情况及患者满意程度。结果 随访半年发现，研究组患者修复成功率为100.00%，对照组为97.18%，两组修复成功率对比，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；随访1年发现，研究组修复成功率为100.00%，患者满意率为100.00%，对照组患者分别为81.69%、6.47%，研究组患者修复成功率及满意率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 透明成型冠修复患儿大面积乳前牙龋损效果良好，修复成功率高，患者满意度高，具有较高推广及研究价值。 　　[关键词] 乳前牙；龋损；患儿；透明成型冠；修复成功率 　　[中图分类号] R72 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）05（b）-0051-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the repair effect of transparent molding crown in children with extensive anterior primary teeth caries. Methods 68 cases of children with extensive anterior primary teeth caries admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each， the research group （72 anterior primary teeth caries） were treated with transparent molding crown and resin crown repair， the control group （71 anterior primary teeth caries） were treated with light-cure and resin direct fill repair， and the repair of the anterior primary teeth caries and satisfactory degrees of the two groups were observed after 6-month and 1-year follow-up. Results The difference in the repair success rate between the research group and the control group had no statistical significance by comparison after 6-month follow-up（100.00% vs 97.18%） （P0.05）； the repair success rate and satisfactory rate in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group after 1-year follow-up （100.00%， 100.00% vs 81.69%， 6.47%）， and the differences had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of transparent molding crown in repairing extensive anterior primary teeth caries in children is good， and the repair success rate is high， and the satisfactory degree is high， which is of higher promotion and research value. 　　[Key
