超声心动图在成人房间隔缺损介入封堵术后心脏形态和功能变化评价中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨超声心动图在成人房间隔缺损介入封堵术后心脏形态和功能变化评价中的应用效果。 方法 回顾性分析本院2012年12月～2013年12月收治的62例成人房间隔缺损行介入封堵术患者的临床资料，术后随访12个月，对患者进行超声心动图检查，了解治疗前后患者的心脏形态和功能变化情况。 结果 治疗后患者的大动脉内径均呈现出逐渐下降的情况，术后1、6、12个月与术前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；与治疗前比较，治疗后患者的三尖瓣口血流速度、肺动脉瓣血流速度、右心房内径、右心室上下径、右心室前后径均显著下降（P0.05）。 结论 成人房间隔缺损介入封堵术后患者的心脏形态和功能会发生一定的变化，经超声心动图检测可发现患者的左、右心系统的几何结构得到显著改善，解剖畸形得到有效纠正。 　　[关键词] 成人；房间隔缺损；介入封堵术；超声心动图；心脏形态；功能变化 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）08（c）-0043-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of ultrasound cardiogram evaluation of morphological and functional changes of heart in adult atrial septal defect after transcatheter closure. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 62 cases of adult patients with transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect interventional in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013.After 12 months of follow-up，patients were ultrasonic heartbeat graph examination，understanding before and after treatment in patients with cardiac structure and function changes. Results After treatment in patients with large artery diameter showed a gradually decline，after 1，6，12 months after operation compared with the preoperative，there were all significant differences （P0.05）；compared with before treatment，three tricuspid valve opening， pulmonary blood flow velocity，flow velocity in patients with right atrium，right ventricular upper and lower diameter，right ventricular diameter after treatment were shown significant decrease （P0.05）. Conclusion Adult atrial septal defect occlusion after cardiac morphology and function in patients with some changes will occur，the ultrasound cardiogram detection can be found in patients with left，right heart system geometric structure significantly improved，effectively correct anatomical malformation. 　　[Key words] Adult；Atrial septal defect；Transcatheter closure；Ultrasound cardiogram；Cardiac morphological；Function changes 　　房间隔缺损是一种常见的心脏病，以往治疗大多采用
