超滑抗菌导尿管在经尿道手术患者中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨超滑抗菌导尿管在经尿道手术患者中的临床应用效果。方法 随机选择该院2011年1月―2015年1月经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的男性患者100例随机分为两组，其中实验组50例，术后留置超滑抗菌导尿管，对照组50例，术后留置普通乳胶导尿管。比较两种导尿管在抗菌性、舒适性有无明显差异。 结果 抗菌性方面实验组病人术后第3、7天尿白细胞计数正常的人数比例分别为40%、82%，而对照组分别为16%、58%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；舒适度方面实验组病人留置导尿管时无法忽视疼痛的人数比例6%明显少于对照组74%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 超滑抗菌导尿管的抗菌性及舒适性明显优于普通乳胶导尿管。 　　[关键词] 超滑抗菌导尿管；留置；舒适性 　　[中图分类号] R61 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（a）-0091-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of ultra - sliding antibacterial catheter in patients with transurethral surgery. Methods 100 cases of male patients who underwent transurethral vaporization of the prostate in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each， the experimental group indwelled ultra - slip antibacterial catheter after operation and the control group indwelled ordinary latex catheter after operation， the differences of antibacterial property and comfort between the two kinds of catheters were compared. Results As far as antibacterial property was concerned， on the third day and the seventh day after operation ，the percentage of patients in the experimental group with normal urine white blood count was 40% and 82% respectively and 16% and 58% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）； As far as comfort was concerned， the percentage of patients in the experimental group who cant ignore the pain when indwelling catheter was 6%， which was significantly less than 74% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
