输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2011年4月～2012年4月收治的输尿管上段嵌顿性结石患者50例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组各25例，观察组行输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石术，对照组行气压弹道碎石术，观察两组患者的临床疗效。 结果 观察组碎石成功率为96%，明显高于对照组的76%；并发症发生率为4%，明显低于对照组的16%；手术时间为（103±26） min、住院时间为（11.7±2.1） d，明显短于对照组的（246±38） min及（19.3±3.4） d，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石，碎石成功率高，并发症少，安全可靠，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 输尿管上段嵌顿性结石；输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石；气压弹道碎石 　　[中图分类号] R693+.4[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）03（c）-0186-02 　　 　　Clinical analysis of rigid ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi 　　HUANG Xiao-dong ZHUANG Qi-hui LIU Hong-hui FAN Chun-yan ZHU Huang-hui 　　People′s Hospital of Qidong City in Jiangsu Province,Qidong 226200,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rigid ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment ofureteral calculi incarcerated.Methods 50 cases of patients with impacted upper ureteral calculi in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2012 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group,rigid ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy was implemented to the observation group,pneumatic lithotripsy was implemented to the control group,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results The gravel success rate of observation group was 96%,was significantly higher than 76% of the control group;the incidence of complications was 4%,was significantly lower than 16% of the control group;the operative time and hospital stay was (103±26) min and (11.7±2.1) d,was significantly shorter than (246±38) min and (19.3±3.4) d of the control group,there was significant difference (P0.05).Conclusion Rigid ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for treating ureteral calculi has higher gravel success rate,fewer complications,it is safe,reliable,and be worthy of promotion. 　　[Key words] Impacted upper ureteral calculi;Rigid ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy;Pneumatic lithotripsy
