超敏CRP联合血常规检测在儿科中应用 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨儿科感染性疾病患儿进行血常规、超敏C反应蛋白（CRP）联合检测的临床诊断价值。方法 589例患儿对其进行血常规、超敏CRP检测。观察血常规、超敏CRP及超敏CRP联合血常规异常检测情况。结果 589例患儿超敏CRP检测异常196例， 阳性率为33.3%；白细胞计数（WBC）检测异常221例， 阳性率为37.5 %；超敏CRP+WBC检测异常100例， 阳性率为17.0%。结论 对于感染性疾病患儿来说， 血常规与超敏CRP检测的综合结果可以作为早期初步诊断的依据， 能够较为快速的鉴别发热患儿的细菌感染和病毒感染类型， 有效减少不必要的检查， 减轻患儿家庭的负担， 同时也能够指导抗生素合理使用， 有利于患儿免疫力的健康发育。 　　【关键词】 超敏C反应蛋白；血常规检测；儿科 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2018.08.010 　　Application of hypersensitive CRP combined with routine blood test in pediatrics department JIANG Ying， XIAO Ge-fei. Methods Routine blood test and hypersensitive CRP test were made on 589 children， and the abnormalities of blood routine， hypersensitive CRP and hypersensitivity CRP combined with blood routine was observed. Results In 589 children， there were 196 cases of hypersensitivity CRP test abnormalities， with positive rate as 33.3%， 221 cases of while blood cell （WBC） count abnormalities， with positive rate as 37.5%， and 100 cases of CRP+WBC abnormalities， with positive rate as 17.0%.
