输尿管软镜及微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石治疗肾盏结石疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 通过比较输尿管软镜及微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石治疗肾盏结石临床疗效，从而探索更好的手术方式。方法 选择2010年5月～2014年5月我院泌尿外科收治的肾盏结石患者125 例，其中输尿管软镜组52例，微创组73例，比较两组患者的手术时间和碎石成功率。 结果 直径≤2 cm的肾盏各部位结石，输尿管软镜组手术时间均显著少于微创组，差异有统计学意义（t=7.511、5.914、6.207，P2 cm 的肾脏中、下盏结石，输尿管软镜组手术时间亦均显著少于微创组，差异有统计学意义（t=5.914、6.207，P2 cm的肾脏上盏结石，输尿管软镜组手术时间略少于微创组，差异无统计学意义（t=1.127，P0.05）；直径2 cm 的肾盏各部位结石，输尿管软镜组碎石成功率均显著高于微创组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.961、4.012、3.249，P2 cm肾脏中、下盏结石，手术时间短、碎石成功率高，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 肾盏结石；输尿管软镜碎石术；微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术 　　[中图分类号] R699 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）04-0008-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the efficacy of flexible ureteroscope and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of calyx stones， thus to explore a better surgical approach. Methods 125 cases with calyx stones were selected from urology in our hospital during the period from May 2010 to May 2014， with 52 cases in ureter soft lens group， 73 cases in minimally invasive group. The operation time， the success rate of lithotripsy between the two groups were compared. Results Diameter≤2 cm in various parts of calyx stones， the operative time of the ureteral soft lens group was significantly less than that in the minimally invasive group （t=7.511，5.914， 6.207，P2 cm kidney stones， calyx calculi under， the operative time of the ureteral soft lens group were significantly less than that in the minimally invasive group （t=5.914， 6.207， P 2 cm renal calyx calculi， the operative time of the ureteral soft lens group was less than that in the minimally invasive group （t=1.127， P0.05）； For diameter2 cm in various parts of calyx stones， the gravel success rate of the ureteral soft lens group was significantly higher than that in the minimally invasive group（χ2=3.961， 4.012， 3.249， P0.05）； For diameter≤2 cm in various parts of calyx stones， the gravel success rate of the ureteral soft lens group was significantly higher than that in the minimally invasive group （χ2=3.284， 3.967， 3.740， P0.05）.
