针刀和臭氧康复治疗老年骨性关节炎临床效果探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 评价针刀和臭氧康复治疗老年骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法 于2015年2月―2016年6月福建省福州市中医院骨科方便选取120例患者，根据入院顺序、患者意愿分组。对照组60例，常规西医治疗，观察组60例，在对照组基础上予针刀联合臭氧康复治疗。结果 观察组退出1例，对照组退出2例。观察组痊愈率32.2%、愈显率84.7%高于对照组13.8%、56.9%，观察组无效率0.0%低于对照组17.2%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，观察组中医症候积分、WOMAC指数分别为（7.4±5.6）分、（12.6±5.3）分，低于治疗前（22.4±6.7）分、（35.6±11.2）分，对照组分别为（11.3±5.8）分、（19.4±8.2）分，低于治疗前（22.5±7.2）分、（34.9±10.1）分，观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 针刀和臭氧康复治疗老年骨性关节炎疗效肯定，有助于炎症控制、增进疗效。 　　[关键词] 骨性关节炎；老年人；中医；康复治疗 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（a）-0048-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of needle knife and ozone rehabilitation treatment of senile osteoarthritis. Methods 120 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to June 2016 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each according to the admission order， the control group adopted the routine western medicine， while the observation group adopted the needle knife and ozone rehabilitation treatment. Results 1 case withdrew in the observation group and 2 cases withdrew in the control group， and the healing rate and good improvement rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（32.2%， 84.7% vs 13.8%， 56.9%）， and the ineffective rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，（0.0% vs 17.2%）， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）， after treatment， the TCM symptom integral and WOMAC index in the observation group were lower than those before treatment[（7.4±5.6）points，（12.6±5.3）points vs （22.4±6.7）points，（35.6±11.2）points]， and these indexes in the control group were respectively （11.3±5.8）points，（19.4±8.2）points， which were lower than those before treatment， （22.5±7.2）points，（34.9±10.1）points， and these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.
