针灸在痛症患者中应用及对治疗预后影响研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨针灸在痛症患者中的应用及对治疗预后的影响。 方法 选取2013年1月～2014年1月我院收治的痛症患者150例，随机分为两组，对照组应用中药热敷推拿治疗，研究组应用针灸治疗，对比两组患者治疗结果。 结果 治疗前两组患者VAS评分无明显差异（P0.05），治疗后两组患者各个时间点的VAS评分均得到一定的改善，其中研究组患者的VAS评分均显著低于对照组（P0.05），治疗后两组患者肢体血流图检测指标均得到一定改善，研究组显著优于对照组（P0.05），治疗后两组患者生活质量均得到一定改善，研究组显著高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 痛症患者应用针灸治疗有利于减轻疼痛情况，改善患者的生活质量。 　　[关键词] 针灸；热敷；痛症；疼痛评分；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R246.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）10-0124-04 　　Application of acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with pain and its effect on prognosis 　　YANG Runcheng 　　Department of Rehabilitation， the Third Hospital of Quzhou City in Zhejiang Province， Quzhou 324003， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with pain and its effect on prognosis. Methods 150 patients with pain admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine， and the study group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. The treatment results were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score of the two groups had no significant difference before treatment（P0.05）， after treatment at different time points of VAS score in two groups were improved， the VSA score in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P0.05）， the limb blood flow detection indexes in the two groups had been improved after treatment， and the study group was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）， the quality of life of patients of the two groups were improved after treatment， and the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.
