摘 要 截割部摇臂传动设计部分是本设计首先要作的工作。设计中首先确定了摇臂内各零部件的传动方案、分配传动比、初步确定个齿轮的齿数、齿轮的设计计算及其校核、行星机构的设计计算、轴的设计计算及其校核、并初步选取了轴承和键，以及简要分析了各个零部件的作用。最终通过分析计算完成了截割部摇臂传动设计过程。 设计中的重点及难点是以参数化设计思想为依据，以开发专业化的计算机辅助设计系统为目的，采用Visual-Basic 为编程语言，以ACCESS为数据库支撑，开发研制了集几何参数设计、承载能力计算、技术文件生成与管理为一体的综合型渐开线齿轮辅助设计系统 ,对提高渐开线齿轮设计的效率、可靠性具有重要意义。 关键词：截割部；行星机构；渐开线齿轮； 参数化设计； 计算机辅助设计 Abstract The part of cutting department rocker-arm drive design is this graduation project most important work. I firstly determined the transmission programme, distribution transmission ratio of various parts of the rocker, initially set the teeth of gears, the design and calculation of gear and checking, the design of planetary bodies, the design calculation and verification of axis ,and preliminary selected bearings and key, then briefly analyze the function of spare parts as well as the role of the various components.In the end, according to analysising and calculation finish the proess of the part of cutting department rocker-arm drive design. It is as a key and a difficult point that the study is based on the thought of the parameters design and with the purpose of the professionalcomputer aided design system. In the design it developed a computer aided design system of the involute gear with parameters design , carrying capacity calculation , technical files creation and management supported by database ofACCESS. So it makes an important meaning for efficiency and reliability of the involute gear design.
