闭合复位内固定术与切开复位内固定术治疗肱骨髁上骨折临床效果探析 　　[摘要] 目的 比较闭合复位内固定术与切开复位内固定术治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。 方法 以该院2013年2月―2014年9月期间所收治93例肱骨髁上骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组。A组行切开复位内固定术，B组行闭合复位外固定术，比较两组手术前后携提角与随访结果的关节功能优良率。 结果 两组手术前，Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型患者携提角的比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；术后，A组Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型患者携提角均显著大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；A组术后关节功能优良率为95.74%，显著高于对照组82.60%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 切开复位内固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折与闭合复位内固定相比可更有效控制携提角丢失情况，最大限度恢复患者术后肘关节伸直功能，为有效治疗方案，具有较高借鉴价值。 　　[关键词] 闭合复位；切开复位；内固定；肱骨髁上骨折 　　[中图分类号] R53 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（a）-0016-02 　　Clinical Effects of Closed Reduction Internal Fixation and Open Reductio Internal Fixation in Treatment of Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus 　　YE Zheng 　　Department of Orthopedics， Taixing People’s Hospital， Taixing， Jiangsu Province， 225400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical effects of closed reduction internal fixation and open reduction internal fixation in treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus.
