长期BiPAP治疗对重叠综合征患者血液流变学影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨长期BiPAP（双水平气道正压通气）治疗对慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）重叠综合征患者（OS）血液流变学的影响。 方法 对2010年9月～2016年9月我院收治的重叠综合征患者中出院后坚持家庭BiPAP治疗的64例患者进行跟踪随访，比较治疗前、治疗1个月后和治疗6个月后的血液流变学变化情况。 结果 治疗1个月后，患者血液流变学指标（血液黏度、红细胞计数、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数和变形指数）较治疗前部分改善。治疗6个月后，重叠综合征患者血液流变学指标（血液黏度、红细胞计数、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数和变形指数）较治疗1个月后明显改善，差异具有统计学意义（P0.01或P0.05）。 结论 长期BiPAP治疗可改善重叠综合征患者氧合，降低血液黏滞度，有利于延缓肺动脉高压的形成，改善预后。 　　[关键词] 慢性阻塞性肺疾病；阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征；重叠综合征；双水平正压通气；血液流变学 　　[中图分类号] R563.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）27-0008-04 　　Effect of long-term BiPAP on hemorheology in patients with overlapping syndrome 　　ZHANG Lijuan LU Huadong ZHOU Lingyan CUI Enhai WANG Bin 　　Department of Respiratory Medicine， Huzhou Central Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Huzhou 313000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of long-term BiPAP （bi-level positive airway pressure） on hemorheology in patients with overlapping syndrome （OS） of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）. Methods A total of 64 patients who insisted on home BiPAP treatment after discharge among those with overlapping syndrome （OS） in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. The changes of hemorheology were compared before treatment， after 1 month and 6 months of treatment. Results After 1 month of treatment， the hemorheology indexes（blood viscosity， erythrocyte count， plasma viscosity， erythrocyte aggregation index， and deformation index） were improved partially than those before treatment. After 6 months of treatment， the hemorheology indexes（blood viscosity， red blood cell count， plasma viscosity， erythrocyte aggregation index and deformation index） of patients with overlapping syndrome were significantly improved than those ofter 1 month of treatment， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01 or P0.05）.
