针灸配合中药治疗更年期抑郁症疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 对针灸配合中药治疗更年期抑郁症的疗效进行观察和分析。方法 运用随机抽样的方法选择2012年12月―2014年12月在该院进行治疗的更年期抑郁症患者150例，按照入院顺序随机将其分为A、B、C 3组，每组50例，A组采用针灸配合中药治疗，B组采用单纯口服中药治疗，C组采用单纯针灸治疗，评价并比较3组患者的治疗效果。结果 A组治疗总有效率为94.0%，B组为62.0%；C组为60.0%，A组明显高于B组和C组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 针灸配合中药治疗应用于更年期抑郁症的临床治疗中能够弥补单纯中药治疗和单纯针灸治疗的不足，疗效显著，无不良反应，建议在临床治疗中推广应用。 　　[关键词] 更年期抑郁症；针灸；中药；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）04（c）-0170-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in treatment of involutional melancholia. Methods 150 cases of patients with involutional melancholia treated in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were randomly selected and randomly divided into three groups with 50 cases in each according to the admission order， the group A were treated with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine， the group B simply took Chinese medicine orally， the group C were treated with simple acupuncture， and the treatment effects of the three groups were evaluated and compared. Results In the group A， 27 cases were cured， 13 cases were markedly effective， 7 cases were effective， 3 cases were ineffective， and the total effective rate was 94.0%， in the group B， 16 cases were cured， 11 cases were markedly effective， 4 cases were effective， 19 cases were ineffective， the total effective rate was 62.0%， in the group C， 14 cases were cured， 10 cases were markedly effective， 6 cases were effective， 20 cases were ineffective， the total effective rate was 60.0%， the total treatment effective rate in the group A was obviously higher than that in the group B and the group C， and the comparison had an difference with statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in clinical treatment of involutional melancholia is obvious， which can make up for the deficiencies of simple Chinese medicine treatment and simple acupuncture treatment， and there is no obvious side
