间苯三酚联合葡萄糖酸钙在人工破膜后应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨间苯三酚联合葡萄糖酸钙在人工破膜后的应用。方法：选取本院2013年1月-2015年1月孕产妇120例，采用随机数字表法将其分为两组，每组各60例。对照组采用缩宫素联合人工破膜处理，观察组在对照组基础上采用间苯三酚联合葡萄糖酸钙，比较两组的相关观察指标。结果：观察组的第一、二、三产程时间，总产程时间，产后出血量均明显低于对照组，新生儿1 min Apgar评分与宫颈Bishop评分明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组剖宫产率、产后出血率与新生儿窒息率明显低于对照组，自然分娩率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：间苯三酚联合葡萄糖酸钙在人工破膜后具有重要的应用价值，显著缩短产程，减少产后出血，提高新生儿1 min Apgar评分，降低剖宫产率，改善分娩结局。 　　【关键词】 间苯三酚； 葡萄糖酸钙； 人工破膜 　　Study on the Application of Phloroglucinol Dihydrate Combined Calcium Gluconate in Membrane Rupture Artificially/JIANG Xiao-cui.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（30）：042-044 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application of phloroglucinol dihydrate combined calcium gluconate in membrane rupture artificially.Method： 120 pregnant women in our hospital were selected from January 2013 to January 2015，they were divided into two groups，60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin combined membrane rupture artificially，the observation group was treated with phloroglucinol dihydrate combined calcium gluconate in base of the control group，the related indicators of two groups were compared.Result： First labor process，second labor process，third labor process，total labor process and postpartum hemorrhage quantity of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group， neonatal 1 min Apgar score and cervical Bishop score were significantly higher than those of the control group，the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.Cesarean section rate，postpartum hemorrhage rate and neonatal asphyxia rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group，natural birth rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： Phloroglucinol dihydrate combined calcium gluconate have an important application value in membrane ruptured artific
