浅谈农村中小学艺术教育开展 　　【摘要】艺术教育是学校实施美育教育的重要途径和内容,是农村中小学素质教育的有机组成部分。二十一世纪是中国教育飞速发展的时代,是文化复兴的时代。社会越进步,国家越富强,人们对艺术教育的追求越发强烈。那么在农村中小学如何开展艺术教育呢?首先,我们必须面对阻碍农村中小学校艺术教育发展的三大因素,(1)学生对艺术教育的学习积极性不高,主要原因是应试教育观念在农村教育根深蒂固,家长、教师的艺术教育观念未能转变,认为学校开展艺术教育对学生的升学作用不大,甚至还影响到其他学科的学习;(2)学校艺术教育师资严重缺乏,教师的艺术素养普遍不高,未能做到在学生中有很好的示范和引发兴趣的作用;(3)学校经费紧张,艺术教育设施得不到增添,组织学生的艺术兴趣活动只是一些低消费少开支的活动,艺术教育的收效甚微。下面我将结合我的工作实践,谈谈我的看法。 　　【关键词】农村;中小学;艺术教育 　　 　　On the launching of rural primary and secondary art education 　　Cao Rong liangDeng Huihui 　　【Abstract】Implementation of arts education in schools an important way of beauty education and content of quality education in rural primary and secondary schools an integral part.
