颏下皮瓣修复口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损临床应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的手术后患者软组织损伤的治疗过程中颏下皮瓣在该修复的具体作用。方法 方便选择2015年3月―2016年2月来该院治疗，有该手术指征的100例患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组，有50例采用颏下皮瓣进行修复，定为A组；另外50例采用血管蒂进行修复，定为B组。观察两组患者治疗效果的差别。结果 A组患者的治疗有效率是98.0%，有39例效果良好，患者的满意率是86.0%；B组患者的治疗有效率是88.0%，有24例效果良好，患者的满意率是62.0%。 结论 颏下皮瓣，对于该类患者的术后恢复具有一定的优势，是该类患者在面部肿瘤术后，对于手术造成的软组织缺损进行缺损修复的良好选择之一。 　　[关键词] 颏下皮瓣；口腔颌面部肿瘤；修复 　　[中图分类号] R739 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）08（c）-0086-03 　　Clinical Application of Submental Flap in Repairing the Defect after the Malignant Tumors in the Oromaxillo-facial Region 　　FANG Yi-hong， OUYANG Qi-ming 　　Department of Stomatology， Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University， Fuzhou， Fujian Province， 350000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the specific function of submental flap in repairing the defect after the malignant tumors in the oromaxillo-facial region.
