音乐疗法对乳腺癌患者抑郁影响Meta分析 　　【摘要】 目的：系统评价音乐疗法对乳腺癌患者抑郁的有效性。方法：检索2004年1月1日-2014年5月1日公开发表在PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CMB）、维普（VIP）及万方文献数据库的音乐疗法治疗乳腺癌患者抑郁的随机对照试验（RCT），应用抑郁自评量表（SDS）对两组干预前和干预后的抑郁进行评价，并用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果：共有8篇文献547例乳腺癌被纳入分析，其中音乐疗法组273例，常规护理组274例。音乐疗法亚组分析，音乐疗法干预前两组的乳腺癌抑郁比较差异无统计学意义（WMD=-0.20，95%CI：-2.74～2.34，Z=0.1，P0.05）；而音乐疗法干预后的乳腺癌抑郁明显改善，差异有统计学意义（WMD=-4.49，95%CI：-7.21～-1.77，Z=3.23，P0.05），两组数据汇总后发现音乐疗法明显改善患者的乳腺癌抑郁情况（WMD=-2.37，95% CI：-4.43～-0.37，Z=2.26，P0.05）。结论：音乐疗法治疗乳腺癌患者抑郁的长期疗效优于常规护理。 　　【关键词】 音乐疗法； 乳腺癌； 抑郁； Meta分析 　　The Influence of Music Therapy in Patients with Breast Cancer Depression in Meta Analysis/YANG Fang-wu，LI Xiang-long，LIU Tao.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（34）：016-019 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To evaluate the feasibility of music therapy in patients with breast cancer depression.Method：Literature search was performed in PubMed，Embase，Cochrane Library， CNKI， CMB，VIP and Wan fang database From January 1 2004 to May 1 2014 of music therapy for breast cancer patients with depression of randomized controlled trial （RCT）. Two groups were investigated with depression self-rating scale （SDS） of Pre-intervention and posto-intervention.Meta-analyses were conducted in RevMan 5.2 software.Result：8 articles of 547 patients with breast cancer were included in this study. There were 273 patients in music therapy group and 274 patients in the conventional nursing group. In the sub-analysis of music therapy， there was not statistical difference of pre-intervention breast cancer depression in two groups（weighted mean difference； WMD=-0.20，95%CI：-2.74～2.34，Z=0.1，P0.05）；the breast cancer depression incidence of post-intervention improved significantly than pre-intervention，the difference was statistically significant （WMD=-4.49，95%CI：-7.21～-1.77，Z=3.23，P0.05）.The music therapy in patients with breast cancer depression improved significantly （WMD=-2.37，95%CI：-4.43～-0.37，Z=2.26，P0.05）.Conclusion： Compared to conventional nurs
