高场磁共振在乳腺癌诊断及治疗效果评价中价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨高场磁共振在乳腺癌诊断及治疗效果评价中的价值。 方法 整群选择2012年8月―2014年12月在该院就诊的175例疑似乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，使用高场磁共振和B超联合钼靶检查对其进行辅助检查。 结果 175例疑似患者中97例患者确诊为乳腺癌。乳腺癌患者检出率比较发现，高场磁共振共为64.95%，B超联合钼靶X线为50.52%，高场磁共振检出率明显高于B超联合钼靶X线（P0.05）；经过化疗后，97例患者共72例患者有效，总有效率为74.23%；化疗有效组ADC、最大强化率、最大排泄率均明显高于化疗无效组，病灶最大径低于无效组（P0.05）。结论 高场磁共振对于乳腺癌的早期诊断及化疗效果的评价有明显作用。 　　[关键词] 高场磁共振；乳腺癌；诊断；疗效评价 　　[中图分类号] R445.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（a）-0187-03 　　Value Analysis of High Field Magnetic Resonance in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer and the Evaluation of Treatment Effect 　　FENG Qing-liang，LIU Yan 　　Linyi City， Shandong Province Yishui Central Hospital ， Linyi ，Shandong Province， 276400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the value of high field magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of breast cancer and the evaluation of treatment effect. Methods 175 cases of suspected breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from August 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the research object and were given auxiliary examinations including high field magnetic resonance and type-B ultrasonic combined with molybdenum target. Results Of the 175 cases of patients， 97 cases were diagnosed as the breast cancer， the detection rate of high field magnetic resonance was obviously higher than that of type-B ultrasonic combined with molybdenum target x-ray （64.95% vs 50.52%）（P0.05）； after chemotherapy， 72 cases of patients were effective of the 97 cases， the total effective rate was 74.23%， the ADC， maximum enhancement rate and maximum excretion rate in the chemotherapy effective group were obviously higher than those in the chemotherapy ineffective group， the lesion maximum diameter in the chemotherapy effective group was lower than that in the chemotherapy ineffective group（P0.05）.
