PAGE 摘要 近年来，随着经济的发展，每年都会有许多大型体育赛事在我国举办，大型体育赛事的举办既为竞技体育的发展提供了平台，又刺激了举办地的经济发展。全运会作为国内规模最大的综合性运动会，研究其对举办城市的影响，既有利于全运会的长远发展，又有利于发挥其对经济的积极作用，规避消极作用。 本文采用了文献资料法、逻辑归纳法、历史分析法等方法，结合济南市的经济现状，分析了全运会的概念和特征，从理论方面探讨了举办第十一届全运会对济南市社会经济的影响，包括增加GDP、增加就业、带动相关产业的发展、改善投资环境、优化城市布局、提高人力资本、促进区域经济发展等正面影响，以及城市非受益人群生活受损、低谷效应、回波效应等负面影响，并提出了相关建议。 关键词 全运会 经济 影响 Abstract Recently,with the development of our economy,many huge sports events are held each year in our country. Holding these events, on the one hand, provides the platform for the development of Competitive sports?,on the other hand, stimulates the hosts’ economy development. The National Games ,which is known as the largest game within our country, has big influence over the host city. The research of the influence will not only be good for the development of the National Game,but also help the host city bring its positive effect into play, at the same time, avoid its negative effect. According to Jinan’s status quo, this thesis studies the economy development impact of 11th National Games on Jinan as well as the National Games ’ conscept and character by the use of the methods of document, logical induction and historical analysis. The positive influence is including increasing GDP, enhancing employment, driving the development of the related industries?, improving the investment enviroment,,advancing manpower, accelerating region development,and so on; while the negetive influence is including the urban population living benefit damage，low vale effect and backwash effect.At last, some suggestion are brought forward.
