质量监测管理应用于消毒供应中心的成效 　　[摘要]目的 探讨质量监测管理应用于医院消毒供应中心后对其工作效率和器械质量安全保障效果的影响。方法 选择中山大学附属第六医院2014年6月～2015年12月使用的76 610个手术器械包为研究对象，确定去污区、检查包装、灭菌区、手术器械、环氧乙烷、敷料制作、下收下送和?t院感染管理等8项质量监测指标，以质量监测指标反映的问题为基础，消毒供应中心质控小组（QC）、品管圈小组（QCC）和质控QQ群均在每月采用鱼骨图管理工具分析、研究上述质量监测指标出现问题的原因，及时制定整改措施，同时指定专人监控，记录并计算应用质量监测指标前后的不良事件发生率和器械清洗合格率，分析我院消毒供应中心质量管理中存在的不足，最后建立质控运行机制。结果 应用上述质量监测指标前后，消毒供应中心的不良事件发生率分别为21.1%、13.7%，器械清洗合格率分别为93.3%、97.5%，与应用前比较，应用质量监测指标后消毒供应中心的不良事件发生率显著下降，器械清洗合格率显著提高，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 完整的质量监测指标体系应用于医院消毒供应中心后能有效降低不良事件发生率，提高器械的清洗质量，最大限度地保障质量管理的可持续性改进。 　　[关键词]质量监测指标；消毒供应中心；质量安全 　　[中图分类号] R197.323 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）11（a）-0146-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the influence of quality monitoring management applied in Central Sterile Supply Department on its work efficiency and guaranteed effect of quality safety of medical devices.Methods 76 610 operation instrument sets used in the Sixth Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-sen from June 2014 and December 2015 were chosen as the object.Eight quality monitoring indicators of the decontamination area，the inspecting packing，sterilization area，surgical instruments，ethylene oxide，the dressing production，the receiving and transmitting process and the infection management in this hospital were determined.Based on the problem reflected by quality monitoring index，quality control （QC） group，quality control circle （QCC） group and QQ group used the fish-bone diagram management tool every month to analyze the cause of problem appeared in above-mentioned monitoring index to make timely the rectification measures，at the same time，person monitoring was designated.The incidence rate of adverse event and qualified rate of equipment cleaning before and after the application of quality monitoring indicators was recorded and counted respectively.Results Before and after the application of the above-mentioned quality motoring indicator，the incidence rate of adverse event in CSSD was 21.1% and 13.7% respectively，and the qualified rate of medi
