PAGE PAGE 1 触摸屏控制异步电动机的探讨 苏州职业大学 触摸屏控制异步电动机的探讨 姓名: 学号：1220310324 班级：电气11大1 专业：电气自动化 指导老师： 2014年6月19日 触摸屏控制异步电动机的探讨 摘 要 可编程逻辑控制器（Programmable Logic Controller， HYPERLINK /view/13561.htm \t _blank PLC），它采用一类可 HYPERLINK /view/3281.htm \t _blank 编程的 HYPERLINK /view/87697.htm \t _blank 存储器，用于其内部存储程序，执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时、计数与算术操作等面向用户的指令，并通过数字或模拟式输入/输出控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。 可编程逻辑控制器实质是一种专用于工业控制的计算机，其硬件结构基本上与微型计算机相同。本文基于可编程逻辑控制器PLC和触摸屏软件设计三相异步电动机星三角降压启动系统和监控系统。本设计采用三菱公司推出的高性能小型可编程控制器FX2N系列来控制三相异步电动机星三角降压启动系统,FX系列PLC中应用最广泛的产品,该系列PLC是1991年推出,因其具有较高的性能价格比,受到广大用户的青睐.FX2N系列PLC是采用整体式和模块式相结合的叠装式结构。通过梯形图编程语言编制更能直接明了，从而使该电气系统按要求自动运行，其次，三相异步电动机星三角降压启动系统的触摸屏监控系统则实现数据的实时监控。 本文主要包括了对电气系统过程控制概述与设计，星三角降压系统原理的总体设计，三菱plc编程设计软件、触摸屏设计软件在三相异步电动机星三角降压启动系统中的应用，以及plc与触摸屏之间的通讯。 关键词：可控制编程器； 星三角降压； 触摸屏监控 Abstract Programmable Logic Controller (Programmable Logic Controller, PLC, it USES a Programmable memory, used for its internal storage procedures, to perform the Logic operation, sequence control, timing, counting and arithmetic operations such as user-oriented instructions, and through the digital or analog input/output control various types of machinery or production process. Programmable logic controller is a specialized in industrial control computer, its hardware structure is basically the same as a microcomputer. This article is based on programmable logic controller PLC and touch screen software design three-phase asynchronous motor star triangle step-down start system and monitoring system. This design USES mitsubishis high-performance small FX2N series programmable controller to control the three-phase asynchronous motor star triangle step-down startup system, FX series PLC, the most widely used products in the series of PLC was introduced in 1991, because of its high cost performance, get the favour of the masses of users.
