高渗盐水治疗进展型脑梗死临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探究高渗盐水治疗进展型脑梗死的临床效果。方法：择取笔者所在医院神经内科2013年10月-2015年10月收治的120例进展型脑梗死患者作为本次的观察对象，依照抛硬币的方法进行随机分组，其中常规组患者60例，采取甘露醇进行脱水治疗，试验组患者60例，采取高渗盐水进行脱水治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组治疗后的第3天与第5天的神经功能缺损程度评分优于治疗前，且试验组患者的减轻程度更加明显，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后5 d两组患者血钠、血肌酐、血浆渗透压水平均优于治疗前，且试验组改善程度更显著，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：高渗盐水对进展型脑梗死患者进行临床治疗可获得十分显著的质量效果，治疗方案安全可靠，值得实践推广。 　　【关键词】 进展型脑梗死； 高渗盐水； 治疗 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.6.001 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）06-0001-02 　　Clinical Observation of Hypertonic Saline in the Treatment of Progressive Cerebral Infarction/CHEN You-ai，YANG Rong-fang，WEI Chun-qing，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（6）：1-2 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of hypertonic saline in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Method：120 patients with progressive cerebral infarction in the neurology of our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the observation object.According to flip a coin in the randomized method，60 patients were in the normal group，they were treated with mannitol for dehydration，60 patients in the experimental group were given hypertonic saline for dehydration treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients were compared.Result：The degree of nerve function defect score of the two groups at the third day and the fifth day after treatment were better than before treatment， and the reduce degree of the experimental group was more obvious，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；5 d after treatment，the blood plasma osmotic pressure，serum creatinine，sodium levels of the two groups were better than before treatment，and the degree of the experimental group improved more significantly，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Hypertonic saline for clinical treatment of patients with progressive cerebral infarction can obtain significant effect，the treatment is safe and reliable，which is worth popularizing and practicing. 　　【
