黄柏骨伤散外用治疗膝关节炎气滞血瘀型临床研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨黄柏骨伤散外用治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效性和安全性，丰富中医膝关节炎外治法的理论。方法 将深圳市宝安中医院（集团）骨伤科一区2016年7月～2017年8月门诊及住院的100例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组（n=50）和对照组（n=50）。治疗组给予醋氯芬酸分散片口服+黄柏骨伤散外用，对照组给予醋氯芬酸分散片口服。比较两组患者的有效性指标（血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、血清白细胞介素-1、临床疼痛症状积分及膝关节功能的WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分）、安全性指标（局部皮肤刺激性反应评分）。结果 治疗后，治疗组患者的血清肿瘤坏死因子α、血清白细胞介素-1、临床疼痛症状积分及膝关节功能的WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分、局部皮肤刺激性反应评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 黄柏骨伤散外用治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有较高的有效性以及安全性，有利于患者的治疗和康复。 　　[关键词]黄柏骨伤散外用；膝关节骨性关节炎；有效性；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R684.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（c）-0117-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Huangbai Gushang Powder as an external application in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis （KOA），and enrich the theory of external treatment for KOA using traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From July 2016 to August 2017，100 outpatients and inpatients with KOA treated in Shenzhen Baoan Hospital （Group） of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into the treatment group （n=50） and control group （n=50）.In the treatment group，oral administration of Aceclofenac Dispersible Tablets combined with external application of Huangbai Gushang Powder was provided，while in the control group，only oral administration of Aceclofenac Dispersible Tablets were used.The effectiveness indexes （serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha，serum interleukin-1，clinical pain score，WOMAC score of knee joint function） and the safety indexes （score of local skin stimulating response score） were compared in patients between the two groups.Results After treatment，the serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha，serum interleukin-1，clinical pain score，WOMAC score of knee joint function，and the score of local skin stimulating response in the treatment group were all superior to those in the control group，and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）.Conclusion External application of Huangbai Gushang Powder in the treatment of KOA has a higher effectiveness and safey，and it is beneficial to treatment and rehabilitation of patients. 　　[Key words]Exte
