Abstract Face keen competition communications market and the growing business needs, communication project quality and efficiency of construction has become conditioned to the development of the bottleneck of communications companies, and the decisive factor for a high quality communication construction is the fielded management of communication project. Communication engineering construction site has the characteristics of complex staff, complex material, various construction envirements and high safety requirement. In the past rapid-developed years, efficiency was the first poin for China Mobile, while its process and rule for construction site management was not so completed. Now in the later stage for this rapid-developed time, the competition is the service and management. So it is an important issue for telecommunication enterprises that how to set up a completed quality management system, especially the construction site management for telecommunication engineering. This article is for the management theory and practice of “6S” site management for Dongguan Mobile telecommunication engineering, the article analyses systematically the special situations in site management for telecommunication engineering and it studys how to move the enterprise “6S” site management theory to the engineering site management for telecommunication, including the target, plan, priocess, content and skill. This article is to work out the problems in he telecommunication engineering management for quality, safety, process and it study the process and rules for staff, material sites and operation in the site management for telecommunication engineering, in order to advance the project management quality for telecommunication engineering. This article supplys research and practice reference for site management of telecommunication enterprises.
