县级以下医院对PICC带管患者维护现状调查与对策研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探析县级以下医院对PICC带管患者维护现状调查和对策。方法：随机选取2013年1月-2013年12月本院收治的周边县城与边远山区的100例肿瘤患者与县级以下医院的100例护理人员为研究对象，通过问卷调查了解肿瘤患者的PICC带管维护现状。结果：100例护理人员较为缺乏PICC带管维护专业知识与带管维护专业知识。2012年本院的置管量与门诊维护量分别是612例与2287例；2013年，本院构建以自我为中心置管维护网络，置管量为633例，门诊维护量下降25.8%，为1697例；2014年分别为840例与2309例；2015年分别为893例与2300例；2014与2015年的门诊维护量稳步上升。结论：县级以下医院对PICC带管患者维护问题亟待解决。 　　【关键词】 县级以下医院； PICC带管患者； 维护现状； 对策 　　Investigation and Countermeasure Research on the Status Quo of the Maintenance of PICC Patients in the County Hospitals/ZOU Li-xia，LI Jian-hong，LUO Fei-yan，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（20）：067-069 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and analysis the status quo of maintenance of PICC patients in hospital at the county level.Method：From January 2013 to December 2013，around the town and the outlying mountainous area of 100 cases of tumor in our hospital and below the county level hospital of 100 cases of nursing staff the period were randomly selected as the research objects，through a questionnaire survey understanding tumor patients with PICC to maintain the status quo.Result：The 100 cases of nursing staff were lack of professional knowledge and professional knowledge of PICC management and maintenance.2012 year in our hospital catheterization outpatients and maintenance were 612 and 2287 cases，2013 year，our hospital building self-centered catheter maintenance network， catheter was 633 cases， outpatient amount of maintenance has decreased 25.8%，1697 patients and 2014 year respectively were 840 cases and 2309 cases，2015 year respectively were 893 cases and 2300 cases，2014 and 2015 year outpatient maintenance had been steadily on the rise.Conclusion：Below the county level hospitals PICC with pipe maintenance patients solved the problem. 　　【Key words】 Hospital at the county level； PICC patients； Maintenance status； Countermeasures 　　First-author’s address：Yue Bei People’s Hospital，Shaoguan 512026，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.20.018 　　经外周穿刺中
