摘要 摘 要 目前，项目管理的研究涉及到方方面面，从项目管理的各个管理模块的研究 到企业的项目管理，都有涉足，也很完善。项目管理也和其他专业或者研究方向 有交叉融合研究，比如项目管理与企业营销管理、企业战略管理等方面的研究。 在大型建设项目中，项目管理也有诸如项目群的研究，但是比较侧重理论方面的 研究。目前大型项目建设很多，在这样的现实状况下，本文侧重实践应用研究。 国内外项目管理的成功案例很多，但是研究和反映类似灾后重建方面项目的 东西的确很少。东汽重建项目是一个特大型工业企业的完整建设，项目管理在东 汽重建这个庞大的、系统的、复杂的大型项目实施过程中，面对特定的时间、特 殊的环境，对理顺关系、简化流程、资金使用、进度管理、安全管理、质量控制、 风险防范、廉政建设等发挥了至关重要的作用。项目管理在东汽重建中成功应用 和创新应用，有效推动项目快速进行，全面推进项目建设，对于自然灾害频发的 今天任何一个受自然灾害威胁或伤害的国家和地区在防灾减灾, 重建和恢复方面 都具有及其重要的现实意义。 项目管理涉及大量的管理技术和管理方法，正确合理使用项目管理技术和管 理方法是项目管理有效实施过程控制的重要保障。针对东汽重建的普遍性和特殊 性，使用项目组织、目标结构分解、零库存管理、PDCA 循环等，改进和优化了传 统项目建设过程控制的常规做法，有效促进了重建项目目标的全面完成。 文章以分析总结东汽重建案例为线索，梳理经验和方法，逐步展开，深入分 析，形成东汽重建项目建设的项目管理模式。类似大型项目建设可以从本实例中 得到一些借鉴，这也正是本文的意义所在。 关键词：东汽重建项目，项目管理，项目过程控制 I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT At present, the project management study involved some aspects, such as each module of the management and the enterprise management.
