集成电路(IC)产业发展战略研究 　　【摘 要】集成电路的出现是信息发展史上的里程碑，标志着人类信息化水平实现了质的飞跃。目前，集成电路（IC）俨然已成为发展速度最快的产业之一，集成电路的发展极大地推动了社会信息化水平的提高。论文主要研究了集成电路产业的发展战略。 　　【Abstract】The emergence of IC is the milestone of information development process， it marked the human information level achieve a qualitative leap. At present， the IC industry is becoming one of the fastest growing industry， the development of IC industry has greatly improved the social information level.
