雌二醇屈螺酮片联合坤泰胶囊治疗绝经期综合征的效果研究 　　[摘要]目的 探?雌二醇屈螺酮片联合坤泰胶囊治疗绝经期综合征的效果。方法 选取2016年1月～2017年1月我院收治的124例绝经期综合征患者作为研究对象，按照随机原则将其分为两组，每组各62例。对照组患者采用雌二醇屈螺酮片治疗，研究组患者采用雌二醇屈螺酮片联合坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、骨密度、子宫内膜厚度及改良Kupperman评分变化情况。结果 就诊时，两组患者的改良Kupperman评分、子宫内膜厚度比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后3个月，研究组患者的改良Kupperman评分低于就诊时及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者的脊椎、股骨颈骨密度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者的TG、HDL-C高于对照组，TC低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 绝经期综合征患者采用雌二醇屈螺酮片联合坤泰胶囊治疗，效果更为理想，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词]绝经期综合征；雌二醇屈螺酮片；坤泰胶囊 　　[中图分类号] R711.75 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0120-04 　　Study on the effect of Estradiol and Drospirenone Tablets combined with Kuntai Capsules in the treatment of menopausal syndrome 　　XU Xiao-xiu 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics，the First People′s Hospital of Linchuan District，Fuzhou，Jiangxi，China 344100 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Estradiol and Drospirenone Tablets combined with Kuntai Capsules in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 124 patients with menopausal syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as subjects and they were divided into two groups according to the random principle，each with 62 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with Estradiol and Drospirenone Tablets，and the patients in the study group were treated with Estradiol and Drospirenone Tablets combined with Kuntai Capsules.The changes of total cholesterol （TC），triglyceride （TG），high-density lipoprotein （HDL-C），bone density，endometrial thickness and modified Kupperman score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results At the time of diagnosis，the improved Kupperman score and the thickness of endometrium were not statistically significant in both groups （P0.05）.3 months after treatment，the improved Kupperman score in the study group was lower than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The density of spine，femoral bone a
