非布司他治疗痛风合并高脂血症的临床效果分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨非布司他治疗痛风合并高脂血症的临床效果。方法 选取2015年8月～2017年3月我院收治的88例痛风合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象，依照数字单双号的形式将其分为两组，每组各44例。对照组患者实施别嘌醇治疗，试验组患者实施非布司他治疗。比较观察两组患者的血脂水平与血尿酸情况、痛风发作情况和不良反应发生率情况。结果 治疗前，两组患者的血脂水平与血尿酸情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，试验组患者的血脂和血尿酸水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对痛风合并高脂血症患者予以非布司他药物治疗，虽然其不良反应发生率与别嘌醇治疗较为相似，但非布司他药物的降血脂效果更为显著，能使患者的甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白和血清总胆固醇指标下降。 　　[关键词]高脂血症；非布司他；别嘌醇；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R589.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（c）-0095-03 　　Clinical effect analysis of Febuxostat in the treatment of gout combined with hyperlipidemia 　　HUANG Hui-ping HUANG Miao-fang 　　Department of Pharmacy，Guangdong Second People′s Hospital，Guangdong Province，Guangzhou 510317，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Febuxostat in the treatment of gout combined with hyperlipidemia.Methods From August 2015 to March 2017，clinical data from 88 gout patients with hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital were selected as objects.They were evenly divided into two groups based on odd or even number，44 cases in each group.In control group Allopurinol was used，while in experimental group Febuxostat was adopted.The levels of blood lipid and blood uric acid，the occurrence of gout and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and observed.Results Before treatment，there was no significant difference in blood lipid level or blood uric acid between the two groups （P0.05）.After therapy，the two indicators mentioned above in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with Allopurinol，application of Febuxostat in the treatment of gout patients with hyperlipidemia，though similar incidence of adverse reations by the two methods，the effect to decrease the blood lipid level is more remarkable，which can decrease the levels of triglycerides，low-density lipoprotein，and serum total cholesterol. 　　[Key words]Hyperlipidemia；Febuxostat；Allopurinol；Clinical e
