SMA材料组成和施工技术研究   摘 要:为提高SMA施工质量,采用流变学试验方法,全面分析两种不同类型木质纤维对沥青高、低温性能的影响,深入分析施工碾压次数和回收石屑粉对SMA路用性能的影响。结果表明:絮状、颗粒状木质素纤维对沥青的流变性能和沥青混合料路用性能的改善作用相差不大,可根据递送机械的使用方便性选择纤维状态;适当提高压实次数可有效提高SMA路用性能;回收的石屑粉不可替代矿粉用于提高拌和功效。   关键词:木质纤维;SMA;路用性能;碾压次数   中图分类号:U416.2 文献标志码:B   Research on Material Composition and Construction Technology of SMA   LIU Zhisheng1, ZHAO Juanjuan2   (1. Ltd., Shenzhen 518000, Guangdong, China)   Abstract: In order to improve the construction quality of SMA, rheological test was applied to thoroughly analyze the impact of different types of lignin fibers on the high temperature and low temperature performance of asphalt, and the impact of compaction times and reclaimed stone chip powder on the road performance of SMA was also studied. The result shows that the difference of rheological properties and the road performance of asphalt mixture caused by flocculent and granular lignin fibers is not obvious, so the state of fiber can be selected according to the convenience of delivery machine; increasing compaction times can directly improve the road performance of SMA, and recycled stone chip powder is not allowed to replace mineral powder for mixing effect improvement.   Key words: lignin fiber; SMA; road performance; compaction time   0 引 言   SMA通常被认为是集料多、矿粉多、沥青结合料多、细集料少的间断级配沥青混合料,因此许多缺乏施工经验的施工单位在铺筑SMA沥青混合料时,按照《公路沥青玛蹄脂碎石路面技术指南》的最小用油量经验值,依靠增加沥青用量来确保不发生剥落、松散等问题,致使SMA沥青混合料压实后油斑现象非常明显[12]。此外,已有规范及相关文献都没有专门说明纤维类型对SMA沥青混合料性能的影响,导致生产中纤维使用混乱,很大程度上影响了SMA沥青路面的耐久性。   本文从SMA沥青混合料的组成出发,系统研究不同状态木质素纤维对沥青流变性能、沥青混合料路用性能的影响,以评价不同状态木质素纤维的适用性;通过材料组成设计,评价中国现有技术指南对最佳沥青用量推荐值的合理性;结合路用性能研究压实次数及采用回收石粉替代矿粉对SMA路用性能的影响。   1 材 料   1.1 沥青与集料   沥青采用SBS IC型改性沥青,集料采用优质石灰岩。经测试,SBS改性沥青和集料的各项性能指标均满足《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40―2004
