Methods The ion chromatogram-high resolution mass spectrometry (IC-HRMS) system was coupled by a diverter and three-way valve. The dairy samples were extracted by 1% KOH (m:m) and RP SPE column. Separated by a Dionex IonPac AS19 (50 mm×2.1 mm, 2.5 μm), all the organic acids were detected by HRMS full scan mode. Results Tartaric acid, lactic acid, citric acid, and malic acid could be detected by IC-HRMS in
