APN连续性排班模式护士工作满意度调查和分析 　　 【摘要】 目的调查实行APN连续性排班后护士对护理工作的满意度,从而制定更为合理的连续性排班方式。 方法护理部设计APN连续性排班护士工作满意度调查表,对实行APN连续性排班5个月以上的25个临床科室,进行护士满意度问卷调查,共发出问卷471份,收回471份。 结果实行APN连续性排班后,73.6%的护士认为交接班次数减少,66.2%的护士认为交接班的清晰度增加,65.*2%的护士认为拖班现象减少,61.5%的护士认为对专业知识的了解程度增加,61.4%的护士认为护士团队合作精神升高,61.7%的护士认为繁忙时段护士上班人数增加,59.4%的护士认为精神压力增加。 结论实行APN连续性排班能更好地体现以患者为中心的服务理念,保障了繁忙时段(中午和夜间)患者的安全,减少了护理安全隐患,从而提高了护理工作质量。但仍存在一些问题,需要进一步完善和改进。 　　 【关键词】连续性排班;护士;满意度?? 　　 　　The investigation and analysis of job satisfaction about Nurse’s APN continuous scheduling models 　　ZENG Wei?xian,JIANG Gui?su,ZHENG Xiu?xian. 　　Department of administrative,center people’s hospital of huizhou, city guangdong 516001,China 　　 【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate nurses’s satisfaction on nursing job after implementAPN continuous shifts, and thus develop a more rational way about the continual scheduling. Methodsnursing Department Design the table about nurse job satisfaction survey on continuity APN scheduling,then investigate the nurses who were in the 25 clinical departments implemented the continuous shifts APN more than 5 months,471 questionnaires were sent out,471 were recovered. ResultsAPN continual scheduling made the 73.6%nurses ware the reduction of shift change,66.2%of the nurses wared the clarity increase of shift change,65.*2%of the nurses wared the reduction of of drag classes,61.5%of the nurses thought the professional knowledge level of understanding was increased,61.4%of the nurses considered the teamwork was increased,61.7%of the nurses felt that the number of nurses is increased in work during peak hours.And 59.4%of the nurses wared the increase stress. ConclusionThe implementation of continual APN scheduling can reflect the philosophy of patient?centered in service better,and ensure patient’s safety in the peak hours(noon and night),reduce security risks care,improving care quality.However,there are still some issues needed more refinement and improvement. 　　 【Key words】Continual scheduling,nurse,sati
