内蒙古霍林郭勒市农牧区老年高血压病特点及和心脑血管危险因素关系 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.12.66 　　摘 要 目的：探讨内蒙古霍林郭勒市农牧区老年高血压病特点及与心脑血管危险因素关系。方法：纳入内蒙古霍林郭勒市农牧区65岁高血压病患者2 115例为高血压病组，纳入内蒙古霍林郭勒市农牧区65岁非高血压病患者810例为非高血压病组，通过门诊和住院病例看患者对高血压的了解情况，根据体格检查、实验室检查对患者血压、体重指数、血糖、血脂[低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）]等数据情况研究数据。结果：高血压病组中高血压1～2级90.12%，高血压3级9.88%；单纯性收缩期高血压32.24%。在高血压病组中高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为80.80%、58.52%和24.68%，与非高血压病组相比，高血压病组血压、体重指数、血脂、血糖均高（P0.05）。结论：本市农牧区老年高血压以轻、中度为主，该群体对高血压病知晓率相对高，治疗、控制率偏低。农牧区老年高血压病患者因治疗、控制率低，又部分合并高血脂等，导致心脑血管疾病发病率升高。 　　关键词 老年高血压病 农牧区 心脑血管危险因素 　　The relationship between features of senile hypertension and cardiovascular risk factors of farming and stockbreeding areas in Huolinguole City of Inner Mongolia 　　Du Haibing 　　The First Internal Medicine，the Peoples Hospital of Huolinguole City，Inner Mongolia 029200 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the relationship between features of senile hypertension and cardiovascular risk factors of farming and stockbreeding areas in Huolinguole City of Inner Mongolia.Methods：2115 patients with hypertension that more than 65 years old of farming and stockbreeding areas in Huolinguole City of Inner Mongolia were as the hypertension group.810 patients with no hypertension that more than 65 years old of farming and stockbreeding areas in Huolinguole City of Inner Mongolia were as the control group.The knowledge of hypertension of patients was realized by the cases of the outpatient and inpatient.The patients blood pressure，body mass index，blood glucose，blood lipid[low density lipoprotein（LDL-C），total cholesterol（TC），triglyceride（TG），high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）] were discussed by physical examination and laboratory examination.Results：In the hypertension group，hypertensio Ⅰ～Ⅱ in 90.12%，hypertension Ⅲ in 9.88%，simple systolic hypertension in 32.24%.In the hypertension group，the awareness rate of hypertension，treatment rate，control rate were 80.80%，58.52% and 24.68%.Compared with the control group，the blood pressure，bo
