功能性消化不良和胃幽门螺旋杆菌感染相关性研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探?幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）感染与不同类型的功能性消化不良（FD）之间的相关性。方法：收集2014年1月-2015年5月在本院内镜中心确诊为功能性消化不良的患者240例，包括餐后不适综合征（PDS）120例、上腹疼痛综合征（EPS）120例。根据胃幽门螺旋杆菌阳性表达情况不同分为三联治疗组、序贯治疗组及对照组，各80例，对比各组患者FD的治疗效果，并探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与FD治疗相关性。结果：上腹疼痛综合征组的Hp阳性检出率高于餐后不适综合征组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。三组两种亚型的功能性消化不良患者治疗后的症状改善均优于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；序贯治疗组两种亚型的功能性消化不良患者的症状改善均明显优于三联治疗组，三联治疗组的症状改善均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。序贯治疗组两种亚型患者的总有效率均明显优于三联治疗，三联治疗的总有效率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。序贯治疗组两种亚型的功能性消化不良患者的Hp清除率均明显优于三联治疗组，三联治疗组的Hp清除率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：不同类型的功能性消化不良与Hp感染具有相关性，序贯疗法对功能性消化不良幽门螺旋杆菌的根除效果更佳。 　　【关键词】 幽门螺杆菌； 上消化道出血症状； 上腹疼痛综合征； 餐后不适综合征 　　Correlation between Functional Dyspepsia and Gastric Helicobacter Pylori Infection/JIAO Yan.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（09）：025-028 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection and different types of functional dyspepsia.Method：A total of 240 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were collected，including of 120 cases postprandial distress syndrome（PDS） and 120 cases of epigastric pain syndrome（EPS）.According to the positive expression of Hp，the patients were divided into three groups：triple therapy group，sequential therapy group and control group， 80 cases in each group.The efficacies of FD treatment in each group were compared，and the correlation between Hp infection and FD treatment was explored.
