孕期体重管理对控制足月新生儿体重和产妇妊娠结局改善效果分析 　　摘 要 目的：探?孕期体重管理对控制足月新生儿体重与产妇妊娠结局改善效果。方法：收集2015年4月至2016年9月期间收治的160例登记分娩与完成分娩后配合规范随访的孕妇，依据不同孕期管理分为对照组（80例）与观察组（80例），对照组采用常规孕期产检管理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用针对性孕期体重管理。分析不同孕期管理对控制足月新生儿体重与产妇妊娠结局改善效果。结果：观察组孕妇孕期平均增重为（13.5±3.9）kg，对照组为（18.9±4.3）kg，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组低体重儿与巨大儿的比例分别为2.5%与3.75%，对照组分别为10%与13.75%，两组差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。在剖宫产率上，观察组为53.75%，对照组为71.25%，两组差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的产后大出血、产程阻滞、妊高症与妊娠期糖尿病发生率均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：孕期体重管理对控制足月新生儿体重与产妇妊娠结局改善有明显效果，并减少了孕期并发症，提升阴道分娩顺利程度。 　　关键词 孕期体重管理；足月新生儿体重；产妇妊娠结局；效果评价 　　中图分类号：R173 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）14-0060-03 　　Analysis of the effect of pregnancy weight management on the control of full-term newborn weight and maternal pregnancy outcome 　　CHEN Yao， WANG Jianying， MO Zhihuai， CAO Jianyong（Obstetrics and Gynecology Department in the 5th affiliated to Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University， Zhuhai 519000， Guangdong Province， 　　China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of pregnancy weight management on the control of full-term newborn weight and the improvement of maternal pregnancy outcomes.
