正阳涂阳肺结核患者发现和治疗转归分析 　　【摘要】 目的 分析正阳县7年来肺结核病例登记及治疗情况，为实施《结核病防治规划(2001~2010)》可持续发展提供技术依据。方法 依据2001-2007年结核病登记表进行病例登记和治疗转归队列分析。结果 7年共新登记肺结核患者3986例，其中涂阳肺结核患者所占比例从2001年的33．73%提高到2007年的42．99%，涂阳新登记率从2001年的11．48/10万提高到2007年的39．89/10万，涂阳患者平均治愈率从2001年的78．57%提高到2007年的87．95%，其中初治涂阳平均治愈率为90．30%，复治涂阳平均治愈率为78．88%。结论 本县实施现代结核病控制策略(DOTS策略)取得了预期的成效，实现了《规划》的中期目标和结核病控制阶段性目标。? 　　【关键词】肺结核；队列分析；流行病学 　　 　　Evaluation on finding and treatment with smear positive TB patient in zhengyang county from 2001 To 2007 　　 　　JI Fu-cang.College of Public Health of Zhengzhou University,Henam 450001,China 　　? 　　【Abstract】 Objective Provide data support for the “Tuberculosis(TB)Prevention and Treatment Plan of Zhengyang(2001-2010)” based on analysis of the case-finding and treatment outcome during the latest six years in Zhengyang.Methods According to 2001-2007 registration statements of TB cases，make cohort analysis on the case-registration and treatment outcome.Results During 2001-2007，a total of 3986 new TB patients were registered，among which the ratio of smear-positive TB casesincreased from 33．73%of 2001 to 42．99%of 2007 with the new registration rate of the smear-positive cases increased from 11．8 to 39．89 among every 100 thousand persons.The average cure rate of smear-positive TB patients increased from 78．57%to 87．95%with 90．30%for the first treatment and 78．88%for retreatment.Conclusion Zhengyang has achieved its expected medium-term goals of TB control as specified in “TB Prevention and Treatment Plan of Zhengyang(2001-2010)” by application of the Modern TB Control Strategy(DOTS).? 　　【Key words】Tuberculosis; Cohort study; Epidemiology 　　? 　　正阳县自2001年实施现代结核病控制策略和措施，也就是对涂阳肺结核患者实施不住院直接面试下短程督导化疗(DOTS)，利用健全的县、乡、村三级防痨网，在结核患者发现和治疗管理上取得了预期效果，现将2001-2007年涂阳肺结核病例登记(发现)和治疗转归分析结果报告如下。? 　　1 资料与方法? 　　1．1 资料来源 本研究资料来自正阳县2001-2007年结核患者登记本和登记报表，人口资料由正阳县统计局提供。? 　　1．2 化疗方案、有关指标和定义 按卫生部的有关规定执行[1]。? 　　1．3 患者服药管理方式 实行现代结核病控制策略(DOTS)，即对所有涂阳肺结核患者实行在医务人员面视下服药为主的全程督导化疗，对没有条件实行医务人员面视下服药的患者，由村医负责培
