水利工程企业造价和成本管理研究 　　摘 要：水利工程是为消除水害和开发利用水资源而修建的工程。修建水利工程能够控制水流，预防洪涝灾害，同时可以进行水量的调节和分配，满足人民生活和生产对水资源的需要。改革开放后，水利工程行业竞争激烈，水利工程施工企业必须控制和把握合理的造价与成本管理，降低工程的施工成本，增加企业利润。本文从实际出发，首先阐述了水利工程造价的概念及其存在影响因素，然后分析控制水利工程造价方法，最后提出水利企业工程成本的管理相关措施。 　　关 键 词：水利工程；造价；成本管理；方法；措施 　　Abstract：Water conservancy project is to eliminate water and development and utilization of water resources and the construction of the project. Construction of water conservancy project to control the flow of water, flood prevention, at the same time can be a water regulating and distributing, contented people life and production of water
