曲阜市农村居民点整理潜力测算和整理模式探讨 　　摘要：整理潜力测算和整理模式的探讨有利于居民点的整理时序和整理方式的确定。本文以曲阜市农村居民点为例，首先分析居民点用地现状，分析其存在问题；然后，采用趋势预测法和人均用地指标法测算各乡镇居民点整理潜力；最后根据潜力大小和区域自然地理概况提出三种分区的整理模式。整理潜力测算和模式的提出对于当前的土地综合整治和新农村建设有一定的指导意义。 　　关键词：农村居民点；整理潜力；整理模式；曲阜市 　　ABSTRACT：Rural residential land consolidation is an important component of land comprehensive consolidation, which plays a key role to rural land development and was beneficial to rural land market’s norm.
