精神发育迟滞患者认知电位P300和智力残疾之间关系探讨 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨精神发育迟滞患者的认知电位P300与智力残疾之间的关系。方法 按中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版（CCMD-3）中精神发育迟滞诊断标准，收集60例精神发育迟滞患者（精神发育迟滞组），适应行为评定量表进行智力残疾程度评定， 并进行认知电位P300检测， 与40例正常者（对照组）进行比较。结果 ①精神发育迟滞组P300潜伏期（584.58±149.72）ms较对照组（332.65±37.78）ms显著延长（P0.01）， P300波幅降低（P0.01）。②经Pearson相关分析， 适应行为评定量表总分与P300潜伏期正向相关（r=0.405， P0.05）。结论 P300可作为精神发育迟滞患者认知功能受损以及判断其社会适应功能状况的指标之一。 　　【关键词】 精神发育迟滞；认知电位P300；适应行为评定量表 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2015.11.015 　　Investigation of relationship between cognitive potential P300 and intelligence disability in mental retardation patients XIE Zhi-bing， CAI Hua-ling. Methods A total of 60 mental retardation patients （mental retardation group） were selected according to diagnostic criteria of mental retardation in Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorder the third version （CCMD-3）， and their intelligence disability degree was evaluated by adaptive behavior scale. Detection of their cognitive potential P300 was also made. Comparison was made between this group and 40 normal people （control group）. Results ①The mental retardation group had obviously extended P300 incubation period as （584.58±149.72） ms than the control group as （332.65±37.78） ms （P0.01）， and its P300 amplitude was also decreased （P0.01）. ②By Pearson correlation analysis， the total score of adaptive behavior rating scale was positively correlated with P300 incubation period （r=0.405， P0.05）.
