PAGE PAGE 1 浅谈中小企业的发展战略 【摘要】：随着社会分工、生产专业化和科学技术的发展，中小企业日益成为世界各国经济发展的重要力量，无论是发达国家还是发展中国家，大力扶持中小企业发展已经成为经济发展重要的战略选择，我国也不例外。本文从战略的高度，通过对我国中小企业自身特点和发展现状尤其是其所处困境的分析，着重提出了五个能够使我国中小企业走出困境走向辉煌的发展战略。文中还指出了现在我国中小企业发展战略中所出现的问题，并提出了针对性的对策和建议，相信在走出困境的我国中小企业一定会取得快速的发展，在国民经济中发挥出越来越重要的作用。 【关键词】：中小企业 发展战略 战略目标 Discussion on the Developmental Strategy of the Small and medium-sized Enterprises 【abstract】：Along with the social division of labor, the production specialization and sciences and technologys development, the small and medium-sized enterprise becomes the various countries economic development day by day the important force, regardless of being the developed country or the developing country, supported the small and medium-sized enterprise development already to become the economic development important strategy choice vigorously, our country is not exceptional.
