PAGE PAGE 25 村民自治中的民主选举 以北京市怀柔区喇叭沟门满族乡中榆树店村为例 摘要 村民自治是农民群众参与基层事务管理的一种直接民主形式，民主选举是村民自治的基础和前提。《村民委员会组织法》修订颁布实施以来，村民自治在党和国家的领导支持下，经过广大农民数十年的努力，取得了很大进展,但在现实中因受我国传统的政治思想与体制的影响，农村民主选举也逐渐暴露出来许多问题，需要通过加强农村党组织建设，结合农村实际，完善选举法规等来加以解决。本文从四部分阐述我国村民自治下民主选举的情况。第一部分介绍了村民自治的现状，第二部分介绍了我国村民自治的发展历程及对中榆树店村进行的调查情况。第三部分主要分析了影响中榆树店村村民自治中民主选举的因素，第四部分在此基础上来探究完善我国村民自治的对策，主要包括完善民主选举，增强村民的民主意识，完善村民自治制度，加强农村法制建设等手段。 关键词：民主选举，现状，影响因素，对策 The autonomy of villagers in the democratic elections --Huairou District, Beijing labagoumen Rural zhongyushudian village as an example Abstract The autonomy of villagers are involved in grass-roots peasant masses affairs in a direct form of democracy, democratic elections, the villagers are the foundation and prerequisite for self-government.
