中山市肺结核病人治疗依从性干预效果的研究 　　【摘 要】目的：通过研究如何提高中山市结核病人治疗依从性，从而提高中山市结核病人的系统管理率及治愈率，最终为决策层制定提高中山市结核病的管治质量的政策提供更好的理论依据。方法：采用前后对比的方法，以2011年1月1日起按顺序登记100例初阳结核病人为对照组，对照组按旧模式管理；2012年1月1日起按顺序登记的100例初阳结核病人为实验组，实验组按综合性的干预措施管理。结果：对照组的系统管理率和治愈率分别为87%，83%；而实验组的系统管理率和治愈率分别98%，91%。试验组的的系统管理率及治愈率明显高于对照组，达到国家项目规定的指标。结论：采用文章所述的综合性干?A措施明显提高了中山市结核病人治疗的依从性，从而提高中山市结核病人的系统管理率和治愈率，因此此综合性干预措施值得在中山市以至全国各地的结核病防治工作中推广。 　　【关键词】结核；肺 / 病人；治疗依从性；干预；效果研究；中山市 　　【文章编号】1004-7484（2014）04-1942-01 　　Explore the effect of treatment compliance intervention of tuberculosis patients in Zhongshan 　　Chen yuhua， Li zipping， Ruan haunting， Zhou haoying， 　　（Zhongshan Second people’s hospital， Zhongshan 528477， China） 　　【Abstract】Objective：Investigate the effect of treatment compliance， to improve the system management rate and cure rate with tuberculosis （TB） in Zhongshan， eventually providing a better theoretical basis for executives to make a policy about how to improve the govemance quality with TB patients in Zhongshan. Methods：Using the method of contrasting the before and latter， non-intervention which registered 100 cases in order according to initial-positive TB from 2011， jan 1 as control group and comprehensive intervention which registered 100 cases in order according to initial-positive TB from 2012， jan 1 as experimental group . Results：The system management rate and cure rate in control group（87%、83%） are higher than the experimental group（98%、91%） which achieve the national stipulated indexes.Conclusions：Adopting the comprehensive intervention in this article can be significantly improve the treatment compliance， also increase the system management rate and cure rate in Zhongshan.
