商业银行授信审查案例分析——以A公司为例 摘 要 本文主要从对某水电开发有限公司授信审查的案例分析入手,以授信准入审 查、授信方案制定、授信年度审查、授信方案完善为线索,贯穿分析、讨论与评 述,完整地介绍了相关案例背景,包括借款人的基本信息、项目概况、金融机构 往来、集团概况、经营管理情况、财务状况、项目设计及批复情况、项目施工进 展、授信需求及方案,并对可行性和风险点依次给予分析列明,形成了第一次授 信审批方案,解决了是否给予授信、如何设置授信方案的问题。其后跟进项目进 展,介绍了借款人授信提用及履约情况、施工进度、财务分析、担保人最新情况, 对本案例授信中遇到的实际问题进行总结,结合以往经验对照资金链断裂风险主 要诱因分析项目风险可控性,最后将年审方案完善,解决了是否提前终止授信、 如何完善授信方案及贷后管理的问题,并总结了授信审查思路和方法。过往相关 研究中大都未涉及公司类授信具体的案例分析,而本文将借款人项目立项建设、 经营管理、授信提用等方面存在的问题展现出来,结合真实案例展现授信项目中 很可能发生的若干情况,从而演示商业银行对客户授信的信用风险管理的过程和 方法,并提示在项目审查及设计中可能出现的风险点,总结历史经验及授信审查 的分析思路和方法,具有较强的实践性和借鉴意义。关键词:商业银行,风险管理,授信审查,案例分析Abstract This dissertation is based on a real case concerns one hydropower development corporation, description including credit entry permission, making credit plan, yearly credit review, credit scheme improvement and so on. Through the analysis and discussion, fully introduced the related background, including the basic information of the borrower, project profiles, its relationship with financial institutions, group background, financial status, project design, credit approval, project construction progress, credit demand and solutions, the feasibility and risk points in turn and answer the question of whether to offer credit line to it and how to make a credit planThen, follow up project progress, this dissertation introduces the borrower’s credit drawings and the performance of the latest situation, construction progress, financial analysis, the guarantor, in this case the actual problems in the credit summarized, combining with the experience against major cause for capital chain rupture, risk analysis of project risk control, so as to solve the problem of whether to continue offering credit line and how to do a better job of risk management ,finally sums up the methodology in credit review.
