200例职业性铅中毒患者肝脾B超检查的的结果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解长期接触铅所致慢性铅中毒患者肝脾的B超征象。 方法 选择2008～2012年在本院门诊或住院的200例职业性慢性铅中毒患者为观察组，无职业病危害因素接触的公务员200例为对照组，两组均给予肝脾B超检查并对其检查结果进行比较分析。 结果 观察组的肝脾B超异常率为23.5%，明显高于对照组的11.5%（P0.01）；观察组的肝大检出率为16%，明显高于对照组的6%（P0.01）；观察组的左肝长、厚，右肝斜厚均高于对照组（P0.01）。 结论 职业性慢性铅中毒患者肝脾存在一定的损害，应引起重视。 　　[关键词] 慢性铅中毒；肝脾B超；分析 　　[中图分类号] R598 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（b）-0027-02 　　Analysis of examination results of liver and spleen B ultrasound in 200 patients with occupational lead poisoning 　　ZENG Mei-rong 　　Department of Wardship，Huizhou Occupational Diseases Prevention and Treatment Centre in Guangdong Province， Huizhou 516008，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the signs of liver and spleen B ultrasound in patients with chronic lead poisoning caused by long-term lead exposure. Methods 200 patients with occupational chronic lead poisoning in outpatient department or hospital from 2008 to 2012 were selected as the observation group，200 civil servants who were not exposed to any occupational risk factors were selected as the control group.The two groups received liver and spleen B ultrasound and the results were compared and analyzed. Results Abnormal rate of liver and spleen B ultrasound in the observation group （23.5%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （11.5%） （P0.01）；detection rate of hepatomegaly in the observation group （16%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （6%） （P0.01）；detection rate of length and thickness of left liver and oblique thickness of right liver in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P0.01）.
