2010~2013年珠海市艾滋病自愿咨询检测的的结果分析 　　摘要：目的评价2010~2013年珠海市艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)工作实施效果，为进一步推广VCT策略提供依据。方法收集2010~2013年在珠海市VCT门诊接受咨询检测的求询者信息，对于需要接受HIV抗体检测的求询者抽血进行抗体检测。结果四年共接受咨询检测7690例，总的HIV阳性检出率为1.46%。男性HIV阳性检出率（2.05%）明显高于女性（0.55%）（P0.05）。未婚及无配偶者HIV感染率（1.37%、6.13%）超过已婚求询者（1.20%）（P0.05）。男男性行为人群HIV感染率（6.44%）显著高于其他高危人群（P0.05）。结论珠海市艾滋病流行的危险因素依然广泛存在，VCT点已经成为发现艾滋病病例、开展综合防治措施的重要窗口，VCT服务在艾滋病综合防治中发挥着重要作用，同时为艾滋病防治策略的调整提供线索。 　　关键词：艾滋病；自愿咨询检测；分析 　　Analysis of AIDS Voluntary Counseling and Testing in Zhuhai City During 2010~2013 　　ZHOU Yi,ZHU Ke-jing 　　(Zhuhai City Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Zhuhai 519000,Guangdong,China) 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of performing HIV voluntary consulting and testing (VCT) program from 2010 to 2013 in Zhuhai and to provide evidence for further popularizing VCT service.Methods Information on the clients having asked for HIV testing at Zhuhais VCT department during 2010 and 2013 was collected, and antibody test was carried out for those clients who needed for HIV antibody testing. ResultsThe total number of accepting consulting and testing was 7690 within 4 years, and the total HIV positive rate was 1.46%. Male population had a much higher HIV positive rate (2.05%) than the female (0.55%). People who were unmarried or without a spouse showed a higher HIV positive rate(1.37%, 6.13%) than those married (1.20%, P0.05). Men who had sex with men had a significantly high HIV positive rate than other high-risk groups (P0.05).ConclusionRisk factors resulting in HIV epidemic are still widespread in Zhuhai, and VCT department has become an effective window to find HIV-infected persons and to perform comprehensive control measures on HIV.
