2013～2015年我院抗肿瘤药物及其辅助药物的应用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解江苏省海门市人民医院（以下简称“我院”）2013～2015年抗肿瘤药物及其辅助药物的临床应用情况及变化趋势，为合理用药提供参考。方法 采用回顾性分析方法，对我院2013～2015年使用的抗肿瘤药物及其辅助药物的品种、用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行统计分析。结果 我院抗肿瘤药物销售总金额呈增长趋势，2014年较2013年增长8.92%，2015年较2014年增长12.56%；中成药类销售金额连续3年居首位，激素类居第2位；他莫昔芬、阿那曲唑、比卡鲁胺交替出现在DDDs排名前3位；辅助用药中，托烷司琼和胸腺五肽销售金额连续3年分别排在第1、2位。结论 我院抗肿瘤药物及其辅助药物应用基本合理，符合全国用药状况。副作用低、价廉的中成药占据了我院抗肿瘤药物的较大市场。 　　[关键词] 抗肿瘤药物；销售金额；用药频度；中成药 　　[中图分类号] R979.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）01（b）-0118-04 　　Analysis of consumption of antineoplastic and assistant drugs from 2013 to 2015 in our hospital 　　PENG Yunyun HU Yan 　　Department of Pharmacy， Haimen People′s Hospital， Jiangsu Province， Haimen 226100， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the utilization and tendency of antineoplastic and assistant drugs in our hospital during 2013-2015， and to provide reference for rational use of antitumor drugs. Methods The varieties， consumption sum and defined daily doses （DDDs） of antineoplastic and assistant agents in our hospital from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The total consumption sum of antitumor drugs in our hospital increased by 8.92% in 2014 compared with 2013，and increased by 12.56% in 2015 compared with 2014. The consumption sum of Chinese patent medicines ranked the first place， and the sum of antineoplastic hormones ranked the second place. The increasing rate of antineoplastic drugs stepped down tamoxifen， anastrozole and bicalutamide were listing with in DDDs top 3. The antineoplastic assistant drugs of the first two according to consumption sum were tropisetron and thymopentin over the three years. Conclusion The usage of antineoplastic and assistant drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable and conforms with the overall trend of antitumor drugs consumption in our country. Chinese patent medicines which have little side effect and low price occupy an important place among all antitumor agents in our hospital. 　　[Key words] Antineoplastic drugs； Consumption su
